Nippon Lily (Rohdea japonica)
An evergreen perennial growing to 15". It is hardy to zone 6. It is in leaf all year, in flower from January to April.
The fruit-plants is a very attractive cluster of bright red berries in winter. The plant grows in light (sandy), medium (loamy) and heavy (clay) soils. It can grow in semi-shade (light woodland). It requires moist soil.
