What's New Locally & Online
Comments are welcome
We felt that today is as good a day as any to reflect on the rest of 2020. The last couple of months have been truly challenging and had us take a good look at our future business model. Since it looks like we have no events and fairs this year, we have changed our concept of creating table gardens for these events. We also felt it would be better not to participate at local farmers markets any more. Instead we have increased our exposure online on Amazon, Etsy and our web site. We do ship locally as well, all shipping is free. Our nursery stock has been pretty depleted from the heavy spring sales, but we are working on restocking our selections as fast as possible. Since we are ordering small plants in and propagate ourselves this process can take several months and a lot of the new plants will not be available till late fall. For our online selections we offer plants that we procure from several nurseries around us. These will not be available directly at the nursery and have to be ordered online. Check us out on Amazon, Etsy and on our web site For now we still keep the nursery closed to retail and to visitors. SO VERY SORRY. We pretty much only see the UPS drivers. We hope for your understanding on this issue. However we are looking at the option of having a little looser schedule once we can see how things will develop in the next 2-3 months. So, for fall we may schedule a plant sale with a Covid-19 friendly time frame. Diane and here little crew are always available to install and maintain gardens in and around Memphis. So please do contact us and schedule a visit if you need help with your garden. Contact Diane. It's pretty clear by now that all spring events and fairs are canceled or postponed.
We hope you can at least enjoy spring. The 'Fayette Cares Plant Sale' is working on an online option and we indent to participate at this option. We keep you posted. We working on some alternative ways to get some of our treasures into your hands. Working on options like: Visiting our beautiful spring nursery one car a time. Coordinating deliveries directly to you etc. (setting up our web site for this) The options will present themselves. We'll post plenty of pictures on FB. The inventory for our small and medium Table gardens has just arrived. So we still will be working on our treasures and will have plenty available. I am refraining from continuing the dance of bad news
and would rather focus on the beautiful spring coming our way. So, several shows and events already announced cancelations. We keep you posted which events have canceled and set new dates. We will find some alternative ways to get some of our treasures into your hands. Working on options as: Visiting our beautiful spring nursery, coordinating deliveries directly to you etc. The options will present themselves. I'll post plenty of pictures on FB.
