In 2007 the folks from the botanic garden have found a donor for the center piece. It is still being discussed what that may be, a fountain came to mind, a shallow pool was considered. Diane has entertained the idea of a stone love seat or bench. The christie cut stone company has been contacted for an estimate. The local stone sculptor david day is willing to put the soft touches on this project. In 2008 the development has been somewhat changed, the hardscapes are still under discussion. However the garden itself already was fantastic. Diane hosted two pruning and sculpting classes at the garden that where well attended. |
