Oh beautiful 'Styrax'. Both the american snowbell and the varieties of asian snowbell are truly one of the best under story trees to have in your garden.

This one is japanese snowbell Styrax japonicus. The two specimen we have in our garden is by now a good 10-12 ft tall. The crown is most beautiful branched thanks to Diane's skillful sculpting. The flowers hang just over our head on the way to the cabin.

The snowbell like flowers speak their own language in spring, what a graceful appearance.
